HW# 2/2 On/Off Experiment, Part (I)

I decided not to use my cellphone on my 15 minutes route to school. It seemed quite challenging at first because I always listen to music while I walk. It felt weird that I was not listening to music. The noises of the natural surroundings seemed natural and yet not natural to me. It was natural because the noises are from the streets, people, and cars. It was unnatural to me because I would normally be listening to my music during this time.
In addition, when I waited for the lights, I always had the urge to check my phone because I had nothing to do while waiting on the street. When I heard my phone vibrating, I wondered who was texting me and I really wanted to check it.

In conclusion, the 15 minutes walk seemed a bit challenging and long, I actually enjoy hearing the noises from the street. I felt that I paid more attention to the things happening on the streets than I normally do.
